Returns

We hope every piece feels right from the first wear. Should you wish to reconsider, the process below is designed to be calm, generous, and without pressure.

Made-to-order & engraved pieces

Designs created or engraved to your specification are made uniquely for you and are, by their nature, final sale. Where a sizing adjustment is needed, our atelier will assist wherever the setting allows.

How to begin

Write to care@orlea.com with your order number, and a member of our team will arrange a prepaid, insured collection at a time that suits you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece has been received and gently inspected, usually within five business days.

Complimentary returns

Unworn pieces may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We arrange an insured collection at no cost to you; simply write to our client team and we will see to the rest. We ask only that the piece arrives as it left us — unworn, in its original case, with any certificates enclosed.

Complimentary repair & resizing

Every Orlea piece carries a lifetime of quiet attention. Within the first year, each ring may be resized once as a complimentary service, and we are always glad to refinish or restore a piece thereafter for a modest fee. Eternity and tension settings are reviewed individually, so that no stone is ever placed at risk.
